Hi everyone,
I've been thinking about purchasing a Romak 3 rifle and have some questions about them before I buy. Can you switch out the thumbhole buttstock for a USA made pistol grip and regular USA made buttstock? If so, can any basic stamped receiver buttstock work, or are the dimensions of the receiver different than a regular ak. I have an ACE fake folder buttstock that works well on my Romainian SAR2 that I would like to put in the Romak if I bought it. Also, who carries mags for this gun? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry guys, forgot about the whole parts count deal. Guess a regular buttstock is not an option. Unless, someone made USA made parts for this gun that would count towards the total parts count. Oh well. Where can I get 10rnd mags for this gun?

Goodluck on finding mags. About the only place I can say to look is auction sites.

On the parts if you use a U.S. made butt stock and pistol grip that's 2 parts you can use a U.S. made FCG(fire control group(hammer, trigger, disconnector)) and single hook AK FCG should fit(look the same as my other AK's. And you'd need one more part(unless you remove the muzzle brake).
