Well, thanks to our Pro Gun Gov. the anti's can not sue the gun industry in Nevada!

into law by Gov. Kenny Guinn (R) earlier this week.

One of the premises of the gun lawsuits has been that the firearms industry has "failed to incorporate all possible safety devices" on thier products.In light of this it is worthy of note that devices designed to prevent the use of automobiles by intoxicated people have existed for years,yet they have never been incorporated as a standard feature on any vehicle ever produced.Likewise,it would be very unusual to find a car on the road today that wasn't capable of exceeding any speed limit in this nation,in fact most can do so by a significant margin.In effect,one could argue that they are designed to break the law.Using the rationale of those suing the firearms manufacturers,one could say that the automakers are responsible for all the drunk driving and speeding deaths and thier associated costs.It's really quite a can of worms they're opening!I think this is agood argument against the anti-gun lawsuits,when trying to convince those who are "on the fence" regarding this issue,or who may have no interest in firearms.
