Kreb's VEPR II conversion

Anybody have one of these done on their VEPR II's? I am thinking of getting the replacement foreend, having the barrel cut down and a muzle brake installed, and the entire thing refinished/painted. Total cost for the work is about $440. Is it worth it, or should I sell the VEPR II and buy an American Arsenal gun instead?

I had the work done several months ago and could not be more happy with it. Having said that, I would now save my money and buy an Arsenal, Inc or Arsenal-USA rifle.

I don't have one but there some that have had this done. Its really up to you. Arsenal make some great rifles! :D
