anythoughts on this eBay bayonet?

Hello,
Any comments on this bayonet on ebay. He has it posted as a "Dragunov" bayo, but we all know the deal with that. I'm not a bayo expert but he states it has the arrow head in a triangle and has OTK lettering on both the bayo and scab. Selling for about $36.00 at this time. Thanks.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but from the color (marbled) I have one of those, it's an Bulgarian type 2 that Joeken is selling for $19. I would need better pics before I bid, ask for pics of the Russian markings.

it has the arrow head in a triangle and has OTK lettering on both the bayo and scabbard.

it definitely is a soviet AKM M1972 bayonet, the arrow in triangle is the ISHVESK arsenal stamp OTK is a acceptance stamp....you will see those on all types of soviet field gear, and accessories.

this one is complete with the soviet frog (brown and not the gray e.german one) and strap. for a bayonet collector this is a nice piece...as for it being a SVD one.....you could say that, because these will fit a SVD.

price is getting a bit steep on this (54 bucks so far), and there is still 5 days to go before it closes.

Thanks for the feedback. I emailed the seller and he said he had 20 of these bayos for sale. He will sell one off line for $40.00 plus 7.00 shipping and handling. Thanks again for your help.

I talked to David for a while today, and he seems to be a really nice guy.

Seems he has quite a few left, and he's getting 270 more in his next shipment.

Needless to say, if you don't have one of these bayonets, but you own an AKM clone, then you're freegin' nuts!

I'm getting three of them, hopefully. :D
