does the TIGER take SVD barrels?

does the russian tiger take SVD barrels? if it does, what parts count toward USA made parts? SVD stocks will fit the tiger, i think, but what else US made could i switch? if i got a tiger i would want a dragunov barrel if its possible.

the tigr barrel is an svd barrel,just a few inches trimmed off.I have never seen a tigr barrel(or svd) for sale in the nine years I have owned my tigr
