Please help ID

I have a Poly-Tech AKS-762 serial # (386) CW125XX. The 386 is in a circle. The gun says importedby KFS Atlanta, Ga. Milled receiver, with a side folding stock with dark maroon wood, and a slant muzzle brake, that may be tack welded on, not sure about that. Is this gun a true pre-ban or has it been doctored, or both? It has a cleaning rod undrneath it. Thanks for the help guys. AK-47's Rule. The Shadowbinder is a NRA LIFE member.

NRA LIFE member also. If there is not a MAK-90 stamped on the receiver or 91,92,93,etc.. prefix on the serial number it is preban.

I thought that all true Poly-Tech Legend's went by the desination AK47/S and had a muzzle nut that was not tacked on, not a slant brake?
Just curious.
