Fun day shooting Swede mauser

Well i spent the day at the farm playing with my toys. cleaned up on the resident pidgeon population with my 870 Wingmaster. There was one pidgeon that got away from me with minor injuries. He made it about 200 yards into the field. Here is a pic of me chasing him with rifle bullets. Took me 3 shots to finally hit him. not much left of Mr. Pidgeon.

yeah speaking of hearing protection. It was very loud. the shots were like a big BONG sound because of the metal barn. the cows freaked and all went to the far end of the barn.
