National Match or Match Legend

Is there a difference between the Polytech National Match and the Legend Match?

I think the Polytech National Match refers to AKs that were imported with a 21" heavy barrel. All the ones I've seen have had milled receivers. These were basically RPKs. I had the opportunity to pick one up cheap and private party about four years ago and passed...doh! I hear people refer to the Polytech Legend "match", these are the exact same guns to the best of my knowledge. 21" heavy barrel and milled receiver. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I've seen a regular 16" Legend with "national match" stamped on it... That's confusing.
