Are some Polytech's defective?

I heard on this website that some Polytech
Legends have a soft receiver and fall apart
after 2000 rounds, in particular the B-West
ones. I just bought a Polytech Legend
Underfolder, pre-ban. How do I tell if it's
one of the B-west models or not? It has
a stamped receiver, and its an underfolder.

Hello,
Poly-Tech Legends have a milled receiver not a stamped one. They are labeled AK-47/S on the receiver. If yours has a stamped receiver it is not a Poly-Tech Legend.
B-West guns that were made in Arizona are the bad ones.
