this weekend that was an honest 98%. Perfect wood, bluing, all numbers matched, mirror bore. However, the crest was ground off. They wanted 150 for it. What do these go for anyway....thanks.....chris3

I'd pay that in a heartbeat for one in that condition...

a nearly perfect rifle like that with the ground crest is worth around $200 these days with one with crest going about $250

Thats what they seem to go for anyways....

$150 was a good deal. What I paid for mine about 15 years ago!
