Chinese wraparound grips with no safety cut?

Is there such a thing as Chinese wraparound grips with no safety cutout? If so, where does one get such thingamajigs? I'd like to remove the safety on my Tok since its iffy at best and visually inaccurate. New grip would help cover the area a bit...

This is the only place I have seen them. I don't know if they have the cut out of not. But at $5.95 each it might be worth a shot.
