Arsenal USA/FEG connection?

Can Jimmy or someone else tell me who Arsenal USA is and what if any connection they may have with FEG? Is Arsenal setting up a US office similar to CZ-USA?

Are the KVAR parts made by Arsenal? If so why do they have an exclusive right to the sale of Arsenal parts kits in the US?

I can see how relationships in this industry could be confusing.

I have two partners, and we own two different companies, Global Trades Co. and Arsenal USA. We previously bought parts from Arsenal Co.Kazanlak in Bulgaria. This was the source of the parts for the SSR-99 and K-101 we built last year, and the few remaining SSR-99s we are finishing up now.

K-Var is currently buying parts from Arsenal Co. Kazanlak.

We (Arsenal USA in this case) have signed contracts with FEG to purchase receivers and parts sets both for sale to the public and to builders, and to build rifles based on them. We are also using the same receiver to manufacture rifles using the wonderful Polish parts sets we imported.
