California non-assault stock

I live in california and want to change the stock from thumb-hole to traditonal rifle stock(no pistol grip) to look like Saiga style rifles. to bypass AB23 (Assault weapon clause).
Is there any after market or factory part for SLR-95 semi-auto that will satisfy this clause?

Well if the new "modified" Roberti-Roos law gets passed next month (which it probably will), it won't matter as ALL "AK series" rifles will be on this list where specific features don't matter. BTW the last time I looked the Saiga's were also on this list!
