What? Only one barrel pin hole?

I got one of those SLR-100 receivers from Wholesale G&A today and noticed that there is only one hole on the right side for the barrel pin...at least I think it's for the barrel pin.

Is the other hole drilled after the barrel is pressed in?

That's a starter hole. After you press, headspace, and align the barrel, you drill completely through to the other side, then install the barrel pin.
