I agree also.....I messed up my latest order and called Tony. He caught the problem, fixed it and even added an item I forgot to add. Then my order shipped faster than any of the latest ones have. I dont know if they got caught up all of a sudden or if Tony gave it the golden boot but I got it quick. I will start calling Tony when I can fom now on.......Thanks Tony....

Yep, Tony is on the ball. Even offered me a little credit on my next order seeing how my TAPCO recoil spring tool needed a little fixing. Now that's customer service! :)
