I can't remember if I ever announced on the board that we will assemble your AK for you, but in any case we have the capacity to do it for customers now.
We will barrel, headspace, and pin your barrel for $130.
We will fully assembly your rifle and Parkerize it for $230.
This does not include any parts.
We will have to mark your receiver--this process is considered manufacturing.

Hello Mr. Streetman,
Can you also build unusual AK actions, such as the RPK? Can you also assemble Class II AK's, like Krinkov's, and take care of registering them as short-barrel rifles? Thanks for any info.

We should be able to do an RPK. We will consider just about any project that is legal.
We have not paid the SOT, so we can't do any NFA weapons.

Jimmy,
Other than here, how can I contact you about these services?
What kind of mark do you put on the receiver?
Do you have to mark the receiver if you just do the barrel work and installation?
Does your price include the excise tax?
Where in the country is Arsenal USA?
Thanks!

Jimmy,
Would you be able to take the K-Var Ak-74 kit in 5.45 x 39 and install it onto one of the Hungarian receivers that you will be selling in the future?

We have to make a legible mark somewhere on the receiver that says "Arsenal USA Hou TX"
I can ususally do it inconspicuosly on the bottom forward of the trigger guard.
You can reach me by phone at 713 944-3351, email at jimmy@globaltrades.com or gtc@flash.net.
Building the Bulgarian AK-74 on an AKM receiver like the FEG one is going to be a problem. First, the barrel trunnion is too large in diameter--the Bulgarian AK-74 receiver is about .875", and the FEG receiver has a trunnion about .905" inside.
Second, the mag well is too large.
Third, the ejector is not long enough for proper action.
We may get some proper AK-74 receivers some time in the future. Don't start holding your breath yet.
