Stripped lowers and parts kits

Ok, so I want to build an AR. The stripped lower reciever and complete parts kit is the way I want to go. For the stripped lowers, Armalite offers one for $159, Bushmaster for $185, and Oly Arms for $125. For the parts kit, I've found M-A parts (slow delivery), and JT distributing (seems better, customizable kits). I'm just looking for opinions about which lower I should get, and who to buy the parts kit from. I don't really like the idea of waiting for 3 months for the parts kit to arrive, however. Will most parts kits (non-colt) fit all of these recievers? I'll really appreciate any suggestions/comments that you way have. Thanks!

Maybe you would want to consider a Rock River Arms stripped lower? By all accounts there are on par with bushmaster quality and are a bit cheaper (i think 140 retail). Im looking at the same project and i really like what J&T are offering as far as the upper is concerned.
