UPS dropped mine off this morning fom FAC and my A6 kit from Numrich. I opened the coversion kit first....Oh Man !!!
It is all brand new like they said......Great deal.....
I then opened the 1919 kit box. Peanuts to the top , well packed with Clubmember catalogs and all that on top. The gun itself was in one large thick plastic bag. I opened the bag and couldnt believe my eyes. Everyone said FAC was selling primo kits and now I believe it. It is like brand new. Everything has a good finish. Even the internals dont have any wear marks ! I know it was most likely refurbed one time or another most likely but I got my moneys worth. There is a slight rust on the trunnion and where the left side plate connects together but it wipes off with my finger...I hope you guys that orderd kits get one as good as mine. Here is a quick pick of it. Pic is a little dark, sorry......

Thanks buddy

Most likely Israeli but I cant find any engravings on it
And BTW...the Cigarettes are gonna kill ya....stick with the Stogies !
Notice the cello is still on those ? That was the last pack I bought before I quit. Those have been on that table for almost a year now without me even wanting to open the pack. :)
All I do smoke is a cigar or two a day and sometimes I will go 3 or 4 days and not even smoke a cigar. Yes, those little sticks will kill you.......
Glad to hear you are off the Cigs ! Cigars are much more civilized
As far as kits go I am going to stop up at Numerich and see what kind of kit I can get as a walk in. Usually they will let me around back to poke around. If not I will drive down to SARCO and get one. I am sort of lucky as both Numerich and SARCO are about 2 hours away from me. Lets see some close up pix of thet kit.

Perhaps I should call and cancel my order from IMA? Are there's real crapo? If so I'd just assume spend the extra fifty and go with FAC or someone else.

SalBO's kit is immaculate. The real question would be if IMA's is okay or bad. Have you searched 1919A4.com for reviews?

I did, but found nothing recent concerning the condition of their kits. They told me they were in good conddition which is about what everyone have been calling them except for FAC who went good-very good.

First off, I know what I get delivered may or may not be in the shape others received (mine should be better;)
I also realize the same place can ship crap to one and candy to another, all for the same price.
Given the above, along with a healthy dose of gut feeling, I called IMA and killed my order. They didn't seem too put out as they were no where near getting to the point of even processing it for shipment anyway. I then called FAC and ordered one from them instead as they're calling the condition of theirs a bit better. What the heck, another $50 poorer ain't going to make much of a difference. :p
