Well, my initial Kalashnikov was a Romanian WASR-10, however, being of Polish decent, I would like to own a Polish derivative as my second AK. So essentially, what is your description of a "great" Polish Kalashnikov.. what would you wish to have, and what do you think makes for a truly high quality one? Features, markings, any items you can possible think of, I intend to start hunting for one relatively soon, and a good idea as to what I should be looking for would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You might want to check out the PMKMS kits which Global is selling. You could build it as a fixed 'folder' or find a polish buttstock to match the handgrips. Either way it should make a sweet looking rifle. I hope to build one of each :D

If you want an AKM-
your best bet would be to track down a Hungarian akm receiver and use a Polish akm part-kit that global Trades has. Then have the smith build it and put polish selector markings on it. You could also buy a complete SSR-85B built from a Hungarian receiver on a Polish kit by Global Trades and have a smith put selector marking and refinish it.

Hey thanks Vis ( Wis.. right? Latin for something.. ) for those links, I now have my eyes set on one of Ludzcnik's pistols: The MAG 95. Large, heavy, and can accept high capacity magazines, my type of handgun. Unfortunatley, Dalvar of USA is relocating to Arizona, and won't be open for another month or so..
