Ok. I am over by the eastern panhandle. Have family from Morgantown on down to Mingo. But you will never hear me claim the ones from Mingo.:D

Seems I've heard of Mingo. Not sure if I've passed through there before or just picked it out from a map. I've only been up through the NE part of the state once and that was the summer before last when we went to Harpers Ferry and Antitem. Lots of civil war history in these parts. :)
