barrel pin dia.

just recieved a polish folder kit from global trades. the barrel pin has a OD. of .276-277 but the trunion and barrel have been reamed to .295-296 has any one else run into this with their global kits? this is a select kit, appears unissued, all numbers match except the selector, barrel and lower handguard not numbered( normal?) . this is a replacment for my first kit that looked like it was stored in the bottom of a pond! called global on this and was told that .277 is the largest pin they know of?

I can not say I have ever come across one that big from a "First Build" on a Receiver or Trunnion. Sounds like it was a replacement Barrel and they oversized the orginal hole in the trunnion after replacing the Barrel. Could have been because of the drill bit walking while trying to drill on the new Barrel or they put a used barrel on it and went bigger to fill up any gap from the old pin hole on Barrel.
