For those of you lucky enough to have a VEPR K/II, how hard would it be to customize the buttstock to look like the one on the KTR-103? It looks like its a standard VEPR butstock with some extra material removed. Would a dremel work ok? Do you think you might lessen the strength of the butstock by doing so. I really like the looks of that KTR stock and think it would look great on a standard VEPR. I would also like the option of a different color other than black. Black is cool but I have been on an OD green furniture kick lately with my other rifles. I added one from KVAR to my SAR-1 and just ordered the X-series furniture set in OD green from DSA for an STG-58 I have.
