Anybody else having problems with UPS shipping

I ordered a PMKMS kit on the 2 May still have'nt received the parts kit yet!
First Global trades put the wrong zip code on the box, but why would it take 8 extra days to get here ?

I use UPS everyday.
I check the box for ADDRESS VERIFICATION.
It checks zip, city,state,and street address.

It would take 8 days or more if it was really screwed up.

Lets say I ship something to NC (I live in SC)
Normally that would be 1 day ground.
But if I screwed up and used a Cali zip then it would be 5 days to Cali, 2 days sitting trying to get a valid zip, then 5 days back.
That would be 12 days(shipping days, no weekends) so that is almost 3 weeks.

<shrug>
I would call global you have not received you kit.
