Please help identify barrel!

I bought a preban pwa commando with a 11+5.5 upper. the barrel is marked "SS 5.56" by the flash suppressor and CC under the handguards. Is this a PWA upper or was it manufacured by someone else?

PWA never made uppers, only lowers.

The barrel is Olympic Arms, stainless steel. Chamber could be either .223 SAAMI or M16 spec, as Olympic was marking their barrels 5.56 LONG before they went to the looser M16 chamber.
