Can anyone tell me who made one of my bayonets? All it has on it is a Z in a circle, the same on the scabbard.

I'm no expert on bayonets or much of anything else for that matter but Czechoslovakia used a Z in a circle for marking small parts on firearms. HTH
Do you have a pic of it?
Almost sounds like the marking on the swiss bayonets(I think it's for the pe57 or stg57 something like that).

While we are ID-ing bayonets heres a couple more I need some help with. The first one is just like the one in the first post except for the markings, the scabard is marked the same so I will not post a pic of it just the one of the hilt.

Heres 4 pics of the third one, I think its a Nazi 98, theres whats looks like a waffen stamp on the cross guard.

The CSZ is definetly Czech IMO. The R might be a unit marking but is not in my reference books. The other bayonet is German though the S/242 is not listed as a manufacturer. S/243G*, S/243 & 243 are Mauser Werke but no 242?

Yes deifinitely a Czech VZ24 bayonet for the first and a K98k type bayonet for the other.
