What do these go for in decent condition and are they hard to get a hold of? I have a Makarov but want a Tok now too

I like AIM allot better than SOG, but what AIM has is CZ52s. They will shoot Tokarev ammo, but they are not Tokarev pistols.
CZ52's have thin weak chambers, unlike the strong thick chambers of the Tokarev design.

I've got two Poles that cost me about $180 each, and a Chinese Norinco, model 54-1, that cost $100. The Poles have a better fit, and finish, and are a bit more accurate. The Norinco is just as reliable, and is a bit more modern looking, with normal slide serrations, rather than the odd oval serrations the Poles use. These are the same odd serrations, the original Russians ones used, so the Poles are a closer copy of the original.
If you want a top quality example of a Tok, try to find a Pole. If you just want a good shooter, at a cheap price, then go with the Chinese. The Chinese used to be common, and at bargain prices, but are getting harder to find. I still kick myself for not getting a Chinese hi-cap, for $150, but I thought that was too much, for a gun, with some rust spots. I haven't been able to find one since, with, or without, rust spots.

I ended up getting a 1952 CZ, I want to buy a Tok from AIM, but it looks like you have to be an FFL. IS that true? If so, how do I get one from them?

AIM does not have Tokarev pistols, and I think never has.
I have worked with 4 different FFLs over the years, and the one I use now charges me $15 for pistol transfers and $12.50 for long guns. There is extra paper work in the state of Washington for pistols. The way I found him was at the Shotgun News web site.
When I want to buy a gun from out of state, I send a cashier's check or call in my credit card number over the phone and mail a copy of the man's licence with his signiture in blue ink. Often the gun distributor already has a copy on file and I don't have to send a copy. I have a stack of copies that my FFL friend gave me.
