Well according to their website:

Quote: "Forged by the same Forging House as the Military, the quality of the finished part is second to none. All MilSpec parts fit as they are supposed to."
I haven't had any experience with them but if this is true it should be fine.

Check on AR15.com under "equipment exchange" for Stinger or Mega stripped lowers/ uppers.
Carrico (Iblis) is selling these for $89.00 shipped.
Everyone that has bought is praising them, myself included.

Get to AR15.com.
At top right portion of home page you will see Eqipment Exchange. Click on it.
That is the "for sale" area. Then do a search for Stinger or Mega.
Mega Machine shop has built Spec receivers for some time. Excellent quality and priced right.

I picked up an ASA and put a FN, M4 upper on it. All the Colt fire control systems fit just right. I like it very much. Looks good too.

Where did you get the Colt parts from? It was my understanding that the ASA receivers had the original pin diameters for the AR-15/M-16, but new colt FC parts have larger pin diameters. I can't remember the last time I saw brand new Colt small pin parts for sale that weren't M-16, but I guess under the new management they may have changed back. Alot of other things have changed with that company since the General took over.

I got the complete set up mince the striped lower from J&T. They say all there fire control groups are made by Colt. I trust them. They have been at it for some time now.
