Most everyone here at ak.net realizes how good of a company that AIM is, but I will relay my experience anyway.
I ordered four Polish steel magazines from AIM a couple of weeks ago. I received the package 2-3 days later, and upon opening the box I discovered that there were 2 parked mags in like new condition and 2 blued mags that were dented up a bit. I checked the blued mags for function and they work fine, but after reading on the board how nice most everyone elses' mags were I decided to send the blued ones back for an exchange. I called AIM about a possible exchange; they were very helpful, even offering to pay shipping both ways!! I eventually decided to keep the blued mags and use them as "range mags", but I really wanted two more of the nice parked ones. I called AIM yesterday and asked if they could hand pick me two parked mags in nice shape, and they said they would try to accomodate my request. The box with my mint condition parked mags showed up today, sans shipping charges to boot!
I will go out of my way to purchase from AIM in the future, and will highly recommend them to my fellow shooting enthusiasts.
