I dunno if anyone remembers, but back around October-November I bought a Spanish FR8 from a Dunham's Sporting Goods in the town where I work. They had three of em, said they came from another store that closed or something.

Anyway, I think I asked before, but how rare are these things anyway? Mine is in pretty good shape, definitely not perfect, but the bluing is decent and the stock isn't cracked. It came with the sling and bayonet too. I'm just wonderin because I've never seen them for sale anywhere, before I bought it or since then.

Oh, and I need to take some pics of that thing too. I finally got a digital camera last christmas :)

They aren't especially rare, Century had imported a bunch of them in about two years ago, they were selling EX for about $180 and good for about $140. They sold out after several months. You can still see them in gunshops and for sale boards.

1. I was able to scrounge up three of them one from Allison's Arms and one from a trade. The third was a gift. They ran abut 175 to $200.00 about a year ago. Neat little conversions.

They are bolt action chambered in 7.62 x 51 but they have a semi-auto look to them. http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm?ItemNum=4421542
