Very observant. That set was EXPENSIVE and hard to find. NIW.

The SSR99P is ther rifle for me. Very nice indeed. The stock fitting is somehow associated with the grenade launcher use? If anyone can explain it's use I'd appreciate it. Probably obvious but I'm stupified. Thanks.

See that rubber boot at the right side of the picture. That is the recoil boot that is slipped over the end of the stock and the two straps attach to those stock mount plates. This boot is used when launching grenades.

Ok. Thanks. It's nice to have all the accessories to make the look complete. I guess that's the grenade launch barrel extension next to the wrench. Excellent!

You're killin' me with the beautiful pictures of your incredible rifles; I would call those "museum grade" specimens! You do at least occasionally fire them, right? Does your Tantal have the rotary selector on the LH side of the receiver too? It really looks sharp!

Oh yeah, you just reminded me why I need more than 56K too :p

Thanks, yes I do shoot them. I have one unfired PolyTech Legend. I haven't shot it yet but i will some day. Regarding the Tantal unfortunatley when it was built they just used a standard ak selector lever. Cable modems rule.:D
