Blackjack “H” style recoil buffers for the SKS (all variants) were developed by me from the actual receiver cavity of my SKS.
These are a real “plus” for anyone using a scope on their SKS; they don’t just dampen the impact of the bolt carrier to the receiver cover as other brands do but rather eliminate the contact with the receiver cover totally by accomplishing the buffering between the bolt carrier and the actual receiver.
Many of the reported benefits include quieter action, better muzzle control, faster follow-up shots, and tighter POI groupings and of course extension of the life of your investment by eliminating the metal to metal contact of the bolt carrier and receiver each time the weapon is discharged.
