Hi is it the butstock that is Laminated orthe butstock and th uper and lower handgaurds?

I think he means is the wood finished or unfinished,without any protective coating...

I think it is only a oiled type finish.

Mine doesn't seem to have any finish on it. I sanded a rough spot out and smoothed it out some. I really like it the way it is. Kinda rough and straight as a string.
