Any one know where I can get a Rubber Butt pad for my SAR-1?
Thanks,

TAPCO. You mean the rubber butt pads that add about 3/4"? They say its for a Mak90, but they fit the SAR-1 fine.

Yeah, Tapco- I bought one a few months ago for my SAR-1 as well. Fit like a glove.

The very item your looking is what your company sells ;)
I bought one a while ago and was pleased with it. The original screws from your buttplate may not hold as firm now that they are backed out from the wood of the stock that holds the extension in place.Longer wood screws with the same twist will ensure a firmer grip and will less likely be ripped out of the stock during usage.
EDIT: I just realized I was thinking of TAPCO when I said "your company" DOH! Sorry about that.

I wonder if I got the wrong one? The holes for the TAPCO rubber butt pad are to far apart. Oh well, does any one else know of another one, maybe with texture?
Erik
I like the Bulgarian grenade launching pads that just slip over the stock. If you want it to be a little more permanent you can use some automotive weatherstrip adhesive on the pad. You can still remove it without anything being damaged. I think Federal Arms, K-Var, and SKS Man have them.

I've got the Bulgi buttpad and love it! Makes a good weld to your shoulder and adds about 3/4 of an inch more. The only down side is that it leaves a nasty black ring around your stock, and it won't come off :(

I purchased this stock extension (http://www.tapco.com/product_information.asp?number=STK060101&back=yes&dept=185&last=13) from Tapco and it fits the laminated SAR I bought from your company like it was made for it.
