Availability of good 223/5.56 mags for VEPR?

I've been looking around, and it seems to be getting harder and harder to find good 223 mags for the VEPR. Where should I be looking, and what should I expect to pay?

I have been told to get some East German Bakelites and buy the follower from Robinson Arms.Should work fine. I don't know this but what I have been told. WarDawg

The 5,45 mags need a little grinding ala dremel to feed 5,56 and the Rob ARms follower.

Put a 5,45 round next to the 5,56 round. The shoulder is in a different location. You'll see what I mean when you put them in a magazine compare them.
