Welcome Guys & Gals!!!

The Guns Network is expanding it's knowledge base and wants our members and visitors to have unrestricted access to helpful information on one of the most popular rifles in the world, the AR15.

There will always be the AR vs. AK debate, but our purpose here is to help owners and prospective owners of the Stoner designed "Black Rifle" to have unbiased discussions, advice and assistance.

Since GunsNet also owns and operates AK-47.net, the progression of ownership from one weapon to the other will be a smooth one for those not familiar with the other. The knowledge of the membership here is unmatched!

If you need to know something about AR15s, AR10s, SR25s, M4s, M16s and hybrid rifles, this is the place for you to be. Want to customize and accessorize, this will be the place! Questions on ammo, look no further! Everyone here will try to help you in any way possible to make your shooting and self defense experience an enjoyable one...

Wish this site was around a few months ago. I was looking for help building up and AR. I went with a FN, M4 upper with a Shaw 16in bbl. H-bar with a tack. break on the front. The lower was by ASA and all the fire control system is by colt. I got most of the parts from the good folks at J&T. Put $600 into it. So far so good. She seems to be a good shooter and eats any ammo I feed her. My 12 yrd son loves it. He is into breaking clay birds at 100 yrds. with it. I put a 6x42 on top so he can see the clays better. Someday I'll talk him into letting me put an Eotech on top. Glad to see this site, thanx guys.

Agreed, PBR. I always highly disliked having to roll over to other AR15 forums and ask questions...It's just not the same, people just don't seem as friendly (or knowledgable). Thanks guys for putting this together for us.

GREAT! I love it. As for AR vs. AK who cares, I have both and love both equally, Look at it like this, you got one for each hand. ha ha.

Looks like your in but i'm not sure either, oh well.

I realize that this is a unrelated AR (I have my share) question, but is there any supply of .30-06 black tip armor piercing ammo out there? And what is it selling for?
