What do you feed your Oly??

My barrel says 5.56, im looking for 5.56x45mm NOT .223. What do you shoot through yours? Whats the best ammunition for the Olympic Arms AR specifically?

According to Olympic, they do not recommend shooting Wolf ammo through their barrels. Also it says it will void their warranty. I have a 5.56 Bushmaster barrel and I really like the Federal XM-193! Kick ass ammo! Its milspec and alot hotter than wolf. I got 500 rounds for 84 bucks OTD from my local dealer. I highly recommend it. Also I do shoot alot of Wolf too. Never had a problem with it in either of my AR's. Hope this helps.
