The list is actually quite long...
Pistol calibers:
.22LR, .22WMR, .357, .357Sig, 9x18 Mak, 9x19 luger, .380, .32, .40 S&W, 10mm, .41AE, .41 mag, .44 SPL, .45ACP, .50AE
Rifle calibers:
.18 Hornet, .21 Ghengis, .222, .223, .224, .30 carbine, 6mm BR, 6.5mm BR, 7mm BR, 7.62x39, .300 whisper (fireball), 8mm Mauser, .308, .30-06, .458 Socom, .475, .50 BMG.
There are also probably some intermediates and wildcats in the rifle calibers I haven't listed - anything that'll physically fit in the mag well has no doubt been made at one time or another. The exception to "fitting in the magwell" is the .50 BMG's, which are usually bolt-action uppers which just use the AR lower for the fire control group, and the various beltfed conversions, which don't need to feed through the magwell.
The .22's are made by several companies, but the Ciener "Atchisson" is probably the most popular. Kurt's Kustom makes the .22 WMR, most of the benchrest calibers, and has made 9mm, 10mm, .40 and .45 uppers. Olympic of course makes 9mm, 10mm, .40 and .45 as well. I think Kurt's did the .30 carbine as well.
Folks have customized the .45 kits for .357 Sig.
Tromix was doing the .458 and .475's, and I believe did the .357 mag, .41 ae, .44spl conversions as well.
.50 BMG bolt uppers are made by one or two companies, I forget exactly who now.
8mm/.308/.30-06 can be had through the BRPGuns "XMG-99" MG 34 upper - native in 8mm, with conversion parts available for .30-06 or .308.
9x18 and .32 variants have been made with the 9mm kits using new barrels and/or bolts.
