Dufrain (Dufresne?):
In my experience, yes, I would treat any surplus 7.62x25 Tok ammo as corrosively primed.
That's based on firing Polish, Czech, Chinese, Yugo, and Russian 7.62x25 Tok. I stay away from any Bulgarian due to the "bad lot" that caused the kabooms.
There was a rumor going around that the 1980s-dated Yugo 7.62 Tok is non-corr, but that is BS, I gotta tell ya. Went so far as to pull the bullet and dump the powder and fire at a clean CRS test panel, which rusted in three days in the basement.
I use 50/50 water /ammonia and run dampened swabs thru the bore, and I wipe down the feed ramp and rear of the barrel, the breechface on the slide, the muzzle crown, and the inside of the slide around the ejection port. After that I switch to Ballistol, then Hoppes, and finally gun oil. No problems.
Congrats on the acquisition! Those Pole Toks are pretty nice, and IMO if you hafta have an added safety, that's the way to do it. I've had a 1952 Pole for a couple years, and by coincidence I got another one just this week, a 1951. They complement the Russian and the Chinese. I'd love to find a Hungarian.
Best,

yep dufresne :)
ill definately clean the tok up ,we just went to the range.Im in ky and there is a state shooting range a mile down the road so i can go when i want and there is no attendant. They have these huge pipes you have to shoot through to keep the bullets going into the dirt bank and man the blast is loud and the compression hits you right in the face.
that tok would stick a little bit between rounds and i have to pull back on the slide a little bit, about 1\4 inch and release it and it would go ahead. It really looks unfired so i was thinking it had to wear in a little bit.We also got a bulg mak from sog to,i think the tok kicks alot less.Is ther any more comfortable grips for these toks ,the regular ones are a bit thin.thanx

You might want to check the extractor to see that it is clean and free to rotate. A drop of oil might help.
