What are the steps to register your Weapon if it fires on full auto?
I may be wrong on this but I think that if the BATF doesn't already know about your rifle, that is it isn't registered, it is illegal and will be forever. Every legal class III weapon in the country has a paper trail that goes along with it. Due to bans and restrictions, no new class III weapons are allowed for private citizens. You may want to ask this question specifically to Krinkov as he is much more knowledgeable about these things.

NOT on all weapons your allowed to Build
your own Weapon NOT register it, it is yours
forever. has long its not
1. Full auto. nfa types too.
2. Banned type.
3. Pistols Assult or weighs over 50oz.
this is a small guild line. but you can legally build your own. cannot sell them
though.

Repeat Sorry! "Your allowed to Build your
own weapons" read the last post.
Is english your second language? If so then you need more work on your grammer. If not you need to re-read what you type before you submit it.
You CAN legally build your own weapon, but you CAN NOT legally build a FA. You can not own a Full Auto that isn't registered.
P.S. People without a manufacturing license can build their own weapons AND can sell them at a later date if they want to. But they can NOT build them with the intention of selling them.
Also you can build pistols that weight over 50 oz, they just can't have any of the other banned features, like a magazine outside the pistol grip, or a barrel with threads to accept a muzzle device, etc.
You can build a pistol with any ONE of the banned features but not two or more.
Finally, I believe you are allowed to build NFA weapons other than FA. You must submit the $200 fee with an application to build a NFA, and then you can build your own Short Barreled Rifle(SBR) or Any Other Weapon (AOW)

There is one group trying to get the ATF to do another amnesty.

Wouldnt a better course to just do away with the NFA firearms law dealing with F/A Shortbarreled firearms?? How is that law legal??? It doesnt have anything to do with inter-state commerce does it? Also doesnt it violate the law that says NO government agency may have a database of firearms?? As all NFA's that are registered are in a Government database!
Food for thought
