Hey guys....i Just bought a Bushie 20 in A3 rifle and wanted to know what the best Budget scope and mounts are..... I would like to go more top end on mounts as I may upgrade scope later.....I will be shooting at 50-200 yards and don't need variable power but I guess it would be nice. It can't be a small tactical or .223 based scope as i may upgrade later and use this for another rifle....Any suggestions are really appreciated.
Thanks

I was going to recommend Luepold (sp?) but I think you are wanting to stay too low on the scope price to include a new one...but perhaps a used one? They have a lifetime warranty and you don't need to be the original owner or to have any paperwork. I'd recommend looking for a use one??
I have a Luepold 3/9 on my AR-10 (it was on my AR-15 flat-top) and it was real nice!
I recommend an A.R.M.S. mount like the one in the link, a #5...at least I like this mount and it ran about $60.00... the rings were more as you can guess. I don't recall the ring prices.

Some more life suport for an old post. Inexpensive does not have to be cheap. Try www.samplelist.com . Premium brands discounted due to returns or dealer samples ect. scopes from $100 to over a thousand but still 50% or so off list. You could also look at Mueller Optic for lesser known but quality standard or illuminated scopes at reasonable rates.

Are you wanting a hunting/sniper scope or an optic? If you want an optic, check out EOTech. They cost $300 but come with a built in mount for a flat top, so really, your get your optic for $200, and your mount for $100. They are paralax free, and pretty much unbreakable. YOu can shatter the window and it will still work. check out www.riflescopes.com they have the 511 A65.1 for $285 and comes with a free $20 scope cover.
