I can shoot 9mm without jams in 4 Chineese and 2 Polish Tokarevs of mine that came as 7.62x25mm, simply by installing a 9mm barrel.

There page that listed 9mm Tokarev barrels is down but give them a call or email them as they were pretty cheap. Also they have mags cheap too.

The only ones I've ran across, were all Chinese made. The only one I've seen lately was at a gunshow, and the guy wanted $250 for it. Needless to say, but I passed.
I've got 9mm barrels for two of mine, a Norinco, and a Polish.
The Norinco worked fine, but the Pole had trouble with the extractor.
I got one of the barrels from Navy arms. It was kind of rough, and looked used.
The other one I got from Numrich, it cost more, but was brand new. The finish, and machine work, is a lot better, too.

SKSman may have better prices than Numerich.
$40, and all the Tok barrels I ever got from SKSman were perfect.

All the 9mm Tok barrels from Navy are VERY rough.
And Numerich is such a pain, but for allot of parts, where else can you go?
I have dealt with a couple hundred gun suppiers and they are my least favorite, but I just got a .444 Marlin barrel from them and there was nothing wrong with it. The previous shipment from them had 6 different things and none were usable.
I was buying some Tokarev grips for $36 from Numerich once, and I complained softly on the phone, "I could almost buy another gun for that."
The woman taking the order screamed at me [and I mean SCREAMED]"THEN WHY DON'T YOU THEN!?"
Then when the grips arrived there was no clip hardware, and the grips were not usable.
My family has been holding our noses and dealing with them for 40 years.

I've been getting stuff from Numrich for years, and never had any problems.
I would agree though, they are definitely on the pricey side.
Not one of my favorites either, but they have a huge inventory, and the stuff they sell is in good shape.
You hit it right on the head, "Where else can you go?".
Have you found a good source for grips? I've been wanting to change the ones, on one of my Poles, but haven't been able to find any.

Norinco model 213s (their 9mm Tokarev variant) can be had for 100 bucks on gunbroker. Why bother even rebarreling a regular one?

Yeah, but if you get one of those, you'll have to get another barrel to shoot 7.62x25mm. :D

Thats not an "exact copy of a Russian TT33 pistol".
The slide serrations are different!
