Break Question

Since the threads of the Maadi have been milled off, does it affect the fit of the pin-on style muzzle breaks? Which models will fit on the Maadi? Thanks alot for the information.

I think that a pin on break is out of the question for a postban Maddi AKM. Some Maadi rifles have a 13mm barrel that has never been threaded and is not the standard 14mm. www.aa-ok.com/ (http://www.aa-ok.com/) has set screw breaks to fit these rifles. Other Maadi rifles have a collar tack welded over 14x1Lh metric threads. If you have a postban AKM that the threads have been rendered useless by a file{or cross threaded} you can tack weld a break. Just determine which one you have and govern yourself accordingly
