Egypt and the AK

Egypt still uses the AK don't they? Most of these maadis we have are commercially produced guns for sale to us. Doe sanyone own an actual authentic verifiable Egyptian military rifle?

They do still manufacture and use Misr rifles in Egypt. I was able to inspect some during Bright Star and Desert Shield/Storm. There are photos here and there of Egyptian troops carrying them. I have never heard of anyone privately owning an original, but I can say this for a lot of different military AK's.

I own a Egyptian Maddi RML. I bought it back in 1994. I haven't seen a RML on the market in a long time.

I own a Maddie ARM 93 and it is the only one I have seen at any of the Arizona gun shows.

I have a 90 or 91 Maadi ARM myself but I 'm wondering about military used ones , not civilian made imported maadis.

there is two new maadi akm's new in box full auto's one side folder and one solid stock. both are original guns,dealer sales samples. so le. or dealer only. but are orig. factory guns.also kent lomont in idaho had a few for sale awhile back for 900.00 but remember le. or dealer only can own. so it knocks about 98% of the buyers out of the market.however a rare one to the rest of us.since i'm a dealer i can buy it. however the person in park ridge il. does not want to sell.also a maadi semi folder has been for sale on this board from a person named tim. good luck.
