The stock will require the use of a rubber mallet to remove it. It is wedged in the receiver pretty tight. The lower handguard will only need a light tap with the rubber mallet. The upper handguard will need the tube put upright in a vise and the wood twisted. The use of a pipe wrench or channel lock pliers with the jaws padded may be required.
