Does a MISR-90 (one of the older ones with a thumb-hole stock) have any American parts or must I replace all ten parts to put a regular stock on it? Yes I know I would have to cut the rear of the receiver!! This is more just for my info (my misr90 kept breaking shells off in the chamber so I have it on consignment at a local gunshop to use the proceeds for the down payment on a Tenn. Guns made American Legend AK. By the way, have anyone heard anything about the American Legend? Is it any good?

I have heard pretty much just negativity about the Tenn guns. They look sharp, though. The negative part stems from the fact that although they use new bulgarian milled receivers and nice new furniture, they have very crappy parts (barrel, trigger ass'y, carrier, bolt, gas tube, etc.) that were surplus. They just took the nice furn and rec. and installed them onto crappy, unmatching (numbers) parts, and put a hefty price on em cause they look so darn pretty.
