that is a purty looking AK, almost too pretty to shoot it, maybe you should go into business and do this for all the maddi/AK owners out there

Big Fish, I can do the semi-gloss stainless for $100 complete with shipping if your outside of the state of Texas since it will have to be transfered between FFL holder, and most charge for that service. However, if you in the state of texas, I can do it for $85 with shipping included.
p22916, I will do your mags for the following prices:
1- $10
2- $18
3- $21
4+ $6 each
The prices for the mags includes finishing them inside and out, the floor plates and the followers(for increased lubricity), but do not include shipping.
All of my work is gauranteed for life! If you are not happy, I will refinish at my cost or refund the money after an attempt to refinish. You can email me direct at kchaney@netzero.com
Hope this answers your questions,

Hey Keychain,$85.00 is a good price. But I don't live in Texas and after shipping and FFL transfers the price would get too high.
If you ever get an FFL let me know,so I could ship to you directly. Thanks,Big Fish.

I noticed Keychain hasn't posted any messages in over 2 months now, but I know where you can get the Gun Kote job done. At Mac's in Arizona. He has a special right now on AKs. $80 (special is posted only for OCT 99, but he is still honoring the special, in fact it's still advertised on his site) and that includes total dis-ass'y and what Mac's calls all the extras. It looks like a fantastic deal. You can ship it to him direct, no FFL crap. He charges an additional $15 to ship it back to you with insurance, so another $15 will get it to him. That's only $110 TOTAL!!!!!!!

There's another finish that is superior to the GK, but it costs an arm and a leg. It's called Bearcoat, and is applied by Rocky Mountain Arms in Longmont, CO (which is only 30-45 min from my house), but I am still gonna ship my rifles to Mac's. It is awesome, but costs $250 + shipping.

BTW, if Keychain is out there and still wants to do the work, more power to him. I am not trying to cut into Key's business......His work is very good, as made obvious in the pix. I just haven't seen a post by Keychain in a while, so I just thought I would tell people about Mac's and his services.
