CENTRAL LAKE, Michigan -- Second Chance Body Armor will begin an immediate program to upgrade or replace its Zylon-based Ultima and Ultimax protective vests, saying that previously worn Zylon vests wear out faster than expected and that there is a potential officer safety issue.

Can LEO's read a map...sure, if its a map to krispy kreme OR if a reward of krispy kremes are offered :D

--before anyone gets to upset with that comment, if we can't laugh at ourselves then we need to have more donuts and remember that krispy kremes are best when they are hot!
