Dont know what to tell yea, it could be something simple, as in gas ring should be staggard, clean carrier key, are something like barrel alinement with bolt carrier. Dont know, just guessing.

I havent had any problems with my bushy, but like to know, if and when something does happen.

Someone here bound to be more helpful, hope yea get it fixed soon.

During the FTF, are you noticing any wear on the bullet or case that isn't loading fully? Does it look like the bolt is passing over the round and then trying to push the round via the case, rather than the rim?

If the problem is the latter, sometimes the magazine height is too low and the magazine catch needs to be adjusted so that the mag sits a little higher. Sometimes the lower receiver is manufactured poorly and is slightly out of spec.

Or sometimes the bottom lugs on your bolt are so worn that they are missing the rim of the case and it fails to feed.

In any case, it's possible something is hanging up, or not connecting. What is the manufacture of your rifle? This kind of problem usually occurs after a private build, rather than a factory build.

I haven't experienced this but there are some in-depth solutions on other forums that I read. Besides worn or misaligned gas rings, or loose key screws, they mentioned some out of spec hammers that caused excessive contact with carrier, leaving marks on the hammer. Also mentioned was wrong buttstock screws that are too long; these would leave a dimple on the end of buffer. I hope this helps, good luck, and I hope to never have this problem myself.

did you check the gas rings on the bolt to be sure there staggered. Also be sure the gas tube has only 2 slight bends that are with barrels curves.
