Any idea when progressive will be bringing out their toys in 7.62? I would love to have an AOW. I'm getting so antsy that I almost considered building a (gasp) 7.5" ar15 SBR. Someone please tell me that relief is in sight.

Thanks Bishop. Make me want to spend more money and get both. One good thing about the ar is that "I" could put it together, no special equipment. Didn't you have this on a website?

OOOOOOOOhhhhhhh. Okay, question time. The 870 was it the $200 to register as a SBR? What type of accuracy does the long slide .45 give? Love the .45, have a ported compact, and full size witness. Last ones. What is the flash/bang like with something that short, and on a post ban/aow with the fixed stock could a flashider be added? What the hell, build a 10" ar15 for the insulated handguard, a 7.62 krink, and a 11" FAL. For the FAL as an accessory, a good pair of hearing protection. Got to be able to hear the compliments. LOL

The Rem is a Registered SBR with the $200 tax, because I did it myself.

The accuracy on the longslide(7"barrel) is DEAD on. I love going to the indoor gun range with it. as people are covering their targets at 15yds, my target is all the way down to the end (I think it is 30yds) and I am shooting out the center. I'll shoot several shots and bring it up so I can check it (actually so others can see the accuracy,I love to show off).

The AR called the Micro-CAr is louder than my other AR. and I have YET to get the flash on film. You couldn't make the Ar a AOW with that stock on it even in the collapse position, but you could remove it and have the tube there...
I have a free float one piece aluminum handguard on the AR, but it gets too hot and that is why I have it wrapped with para cord.

Beautiful pieces of work. Hate to say it but I may go with the ar. Much easier to build. Unless when the Progressive comes out all I have to do is rivet in the barrel/trunion. Darn decisions.
