We all know thsat the barrel pressing procedure is going to be one that takes a LOT of force, and if it can go in EXACTLY RIGHT with one big single push, all the better.
So my question is, how does one know where that point is, with respect to headspace? Dou you stik a dummy round in the chamber & have the bolt locked in the trunion's lugs for a "stop"? Seems to me if you did that it may REALLY be locked. Permanently.
Any tips out there?
Thanks, Ted
